3:00 - 9:00 pm Registration, Iron Chef Challenge registration, Camp set up – no vehicles / trailers on site
5:00 pm Vehicle access to camp site Area “Restricted”
8:30 pm Patrol Leaders Meeting @ Head Quarters (HQ) – Youth only
9:00 pm JOTA Movie Night @ Council Hall
10:00 pm Scouters Social @ Head Quarters (HQ)
11:00 pm Lights Out.........QUIET TIME !!!
Saturday October 19th, 2024
8:30 - Camp Opening (staging area)
9:00 – 12:00 Activities: Ham Radios; JOTI Internet; Register for Team Challenge; Events
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 – Oshawa Fire Department demonstration.
1:00 – 4:00 Activities: Ham Radios; JOTI Internet; Register for Sunday Challenge; Events
4:00 – 5:30 Free time (Prepare for iron chef challenge)
5:00 - Iron Chef Challenge - submissions due
5:30 - 7:00 Dinner
8:00 – 10:30 JOTA NightClub @ Council Hall
11:00 pm Lights Out........QUIET TIME !!!
Sunday October 20th, 2024
10:00 – 11:00 Troop / Pack Challenge @ Staging Area
(Time may be adjusted based on participation)
11:15 Scouts / Guides Own (Sub-camp area)
11:30 Camp Closing @ Staging Area
12:00 – 1:00 Site Inspections and Distribution of crests – Schedule with Sub-camp
1:30 Camp Site must be cleared.
